Are you feeling ok?

Still have the LP Special out. It's very tough to put it away and I also plan to add a treble bleed mod to the volume pots. Oh yeah. It does seem to require more effort to bend up a whole step with it top wrapped. I don't know what strings the original owner had on it. If they're the stock ones they're most likely 10-46s. When I change strings I'll use my go to 9.5-44s.

American Special? Performer?
It’s my used 2021 75th Anniversary Am Performer.
Killer deal. Came home with me yesterday.
The fiesta red Vintera Tele is gone. Too redundant. This can make those sounds, and the neck is slicker’n snot on marble!

Had the P90 Goldtop out to play and do a repair on. When I bought it, the lower strap button had been pushed in, leaving a depression in the wood and cracking the finish. I never worried about it because it's under the strap and strap button so I never see it. The depression was around 6-7mm deep.

Well yesterday, I decided it was time to fix it. So I hit the bare spot with a cherry red lacquer pen to give it color, then did a super glue drop fill to repair the finish. The thing looks 100x better and I barely even put any effort into it, then left it at "good enough". You can see the bare spot with no finish. That's where I hit it with cherry red lacquer. I'd call it a perfect match, tbh.

The white stuff in the hole is just super glue flakes from leveling it with a razor blade. Hit it with a buffing wheel and some Dialux polish to see how it looked and decided It was good enough so I quit here. I could make it look even better but it'd be wasted time. I won't ever sell this guitar so it truly doesn't matter if it gets fixed. I just wanted to practice, more or less.

Did you get in on the sale Amazon had the other day? 3 packs of 9.5 to 44 for $6.99 each? I ordered 3 packs and 2 of them came in today. Waiting on the 3rd. I don't normally use these but I figured they'd be OK for $2.33/ pack lol

Nah, got 'em a while ago when D'Addario was having a sale on them. They were 50% off. $10.50 for a 3 pak. So I paid more for mine.
