So many forums, so little time.

I concur with the premise @GrooVey ! I find myself visiting the various forums less and less these days. Tonight's one of those nights when I'm popping in on a few. It's just good to see familiar names, and catch up a bit. But all my best to everyone here whether I know ya or not.

Except I can't load the image. I get a "too large" message no matter how I resize it. Oh well. I keep them in a closet for a bit of soundproofing.

Amps in a closet, lol. A Vox AC10C1 and a Stage Right 5 watt.

Pretty good tone for the cheapest tube amp around.

I have the 5 watt version with the one watt switch. It's terrific. Takes pedals well, great for recording.

    "Clean" Boost...

As far as one knobs though, there's the Earthquake Arrow, and the Jackson Audio. I haven't tried either.

    "Clean" Boost...

The RC Booster by Xotic does that really well. I have the V2. It does have a gain knob but its reputation is as a clean boost.

    NGD!

That's a sweet Epi. It's too bad your son wasn't able to take it back with him, but it looks like you have another winner to play.

Lololol, we may be spreading ourselves thin. One of the other places just tried roping me into another riffy dual -- and I mentioned that YOU were the one who beat me in the last one. I think? It's hard to keep track of this stuff. I'm just trying to work enough to pay the bills and hopefully...

    Delays…what’s your favorite flavor?

I like the old analog bucket brigade chips and my longtime go-to is a DOD FX90 that I bought new around 40 years ago. I keep it on a very subtle setting. But I also keep a Keeley Caverns and a Keeley Memphis Sun on my board (both are combo delay/reverbs).

Hey all. Do you every have those moments when you mean to do something and then you file it away in your head and forget about it for a while? That's me, and finally remembering just now to join the geartalk forum. I look forward to perusing the threads and I'm sure I already know some/many of you.
