For me, regarding my now modest collection, I have enough Stratocasters. I have...

2023 Fender Player us Top Strat in Blue burst
1979 Fender Hardtail Strat (by far the best Strat I've ever played)
2018 Fender Vintera 70's Strat
2023 Unbranded Strat knock off ( given to me by @Strummer at XMAS). It has the best 2 and 4 position sounds of any Strat or S style guitar I've ever heard .think Robbie Blunt with Robert Plant.

Also, I have enough Gretsch guitars. I have....

The result of lockdown GAS:

Two SGs
Two LPs
Two Teles
One Strat
Four PRS
One Schecter shredder

I had another PRS but I recently gave it to my grandson. For now I'm actually feeling pretty content. Feeling done with amps too. Now I'm gonna play with my toys.

Way to be a good Grandpa. I gave my grandkids and son guitars too. My son gave me my 79 Strat hardtail. I am going to get my son either an SG or a Tele in the next year.
 
S-types.
Except, even though I can't play for sh!t anymore, I would happily play a hardtail with a rosewood neck poorly...all day long.
 
At this point, I'm good on guitars so I guess I have enough of all guitars lol. There's nothing else I particularly want except an SG and that's not anything I want or need right now.

At this point, I'm more worried about pickups in the guitars I have. I bought a SD Antiquity neck pickup recently for my sunburst Indio and will buy a bridge to go with it sometime later. At that point, I'll be good on humbucker guitars.

The bridge Antiquity will replace a Seth Lover and the Seth will go into the red 335 type guitar. It's the only guitar left with a stock pickup in it and it only has the stock, out of phase bridge pickup.

Only thing left at that point is single coils. And Ive almost got those finished up too. I might by a couple more Seymour Duncan SSL1's but that's it.
