New Budget Heritage Guitars

By now I am not sure if this is a good move....
same Headstock and brand-name on €3000 and €300 guitars
Don't think the world need more of such guitars

I might try one for under 300 bucks. But I have purged my collection and only kept the absolute best. I am down to 6 guitars now. Three of them are considered “Vintage” now. I decided that I were to die, I’d be leaving an awful mess to my wife and son with 40 low end to mid priced guitars that they would have to deal with selling.

And I can’t play guitar like I was able to just a couple of years ago due to arthritis.

Man I just looked. A bolt on is a no go for me unless it’s a Fender.

The lower range is understandable at the $195 entry price.

At $699, the Plus line has no excuse. It uses Mahog and other better materials so I'd expect a set neck also.

So many coming from the same factories at this point (I suspect). I have two HB LPs, so I’m out.

Which factories are those? There's probably hundreds, if not thousands of guitar factories in China. You can go to any number of them and get essentially the same guitar. It's just a matter of who/where you want it made.

Go look on www.made-in-china.com and www.Alibaba.com and places like those that sell to businesses. Any time I've looked, it seemed like every seller had their "own" factory they were using to have their guitars built.

Edit: yea. Look on Made In China. Every seller I clicked on for guitars was using a different factory than the last seller.
