Well, this is a guitar that my friend bought last year. I did the set up on it when she got it.
When I played it today the strings went flat a bit after doing some big bends. The strings weren’t stretched. She said it had sat in the case since she got it.
Well, she needed to sell the guitar, which was a GC exclusive. She would have only got just north of $400 for it if she sold it as a used guitar. I didn’t have the cash, but I told her if I could break it up over a few months, I would pay her $600 for it. MF has this guitar for $579 this month. So that means that GC will match that price.
I had bought the same guitar new from Adorama for $399 a few months ago, just in a different color, with a Pau Ferro board. I didn’t like the one I got, and I sold it for what I paid for it.
Anyway, my friend needed some money and felt it would be good to sell it to me for nearly the full price she paid for it. She dropped it off today.
