I love my Fujigen guitar.

The "guitar discussion culture" has pretty much migrated over to Facebook groups and Reddit. Canadian media conglomerates like Enthused Digital and now Vertical Scope went around and bought up 99% of the old-school guitar forums years ago. The only one of those still active with any amount of...

It sort of reminds me of the old MetroAmp forum where the amp builder started a forum to allow people that bought his amp kits to help each other and communicate.. then he turned over the moderation of the site to two insecure jerks who ran it like a little high school clique.. If they didn't...

Their "business model" makes no sense. Buy an old-school discussion forum - all of which are dying due to the advent of Facebook groups and Reddit - then drive away all the longtime members with trolling, then launch a little army of ChatBots & sock puppet accounts. 🤖

All the Vertical Scope owned sites run exactly the same. Having run off all the long-time members, the sites are totally dead, and there's a handful of VS employees posting from behind sock-puppets accounts and running chatbots to make the site look like it's not dead.. and to generate ad...

What's really weird is you see this same sort of pattern on guitar forums that are supposedly "independant".. Ostensibly, not owned by a Canadian media conglomerate. Same sock-puppet accounts. Bots bumping threads. etc, etc What's bizarre is these sites do not run ads. These tactics are...

Vertical Scope has bought 99% of these old-school forums and is running them into the ground with paid posters and bot accounts. Reddit is basically a bot farm, at this point. YouTube is really the only guitar-centered online space that isn't totally dead nowadays.

As best I can tell from the blurry images, looks to be a late 70's model. Looks very similar to my '78 Distortion+ It's tough to discern from the photo's, but it appears you have the brown and blue wires sodlered to the same lug on the footswitch. If so, that's gonna be your problem.

You guys are wearing shoes ?

These things ain't gonna play themselves. :coffee:
