Weird feedback from pedals in loopswitcher

Welcome to the forum. I don't use any of what you do for a set up so I'm not much of an expert on using a rig like that. The only thing that comes to mind is whether the feed to the board is line level or instrument level vs what it's expecting to receive. I'll let others with more...

Just What No One Asked For....

Saw that. IHMO she has a terrific voice. The lady can sing but her version of Wish You Were Here with just an acoustic guitar for accompaniment just doesn't cut it. Pink Floyd covers need to be as ethereal as Pink Floyd would do them or it's just not Pink Floyd.

    All Things Funny...

I watch her on the videos they post on Facebook where some comedian is telling a joke and he shoots a video of her reacting. She's always dressed in a most attractive manner.

When it comes to getting a smooth neck surface.

When you think about all of the "crud" we've been ingesting since birth even without medical science the fact that we live as long as we do is kind of amazing. But I agree. No sense helping "The Reaper" at his work.

    All Things Funny...

There is still so much open space on our planet that I'd like someone to explain why we can't take all the conspiracy theorists who don't trust anyone including their own government and give them their very own slice of it so the rest of us don't have to put up with their insanity. Give them...

    Adventures With The Post Office

And then there's that. Some post offices and some carriers are notoriously bad. I've seen deals where a residential address was the same numerically but marked as "A" and "B" with "B" having it's separate entrance on the side of the building and still have a carrier fail to deliver it saying...

13.77" radius vs 14" radius. Are they they same?

What's that old saying? Close enough for government work. I'd suggest setting saddle heights to a 14" radius and if you can feel any difference well then God Bless. You win the Princess and the Pea sensitivity award.

    Adventures With The Post Office

Having worked in a CS position where this happened a lot IME whenever that happens it's an issue with an address. If it's shown as out for delivery and delivery wasn't made that's where the hang up was. My take would be either an issue with the address used by the shipper or did the package...

    New Bass Day

I had two late 00s CVs. One a Custom Tele and the other than Jazz Bass. Both were modified quite a bit and both are now gone but for far more than I paid for them. I don't really regret it either. Others just as good have replaced them so for me it's a little like "rotating the stock". 😁

How many guitars is too many?

I guess my limit is no more than I can maintain in playing condition throughout the year. Even though I keep them all in a humidified gear room with our changes in season and with it drastic changes in humidity I still need to do some tweaking in the fall and again in the spring.

For those who don't believe in their guitar knobs possibilities.

Yup. It someone is gonna just dime the volume and tone pots every time they play it's like going into a restaurant every day and always ordering the exact same meal. It's especially true of certain guitars and their pickups and pots.

Your 'Weapons of Choice' for today....[pics preferred]

Still have the LP Special out. It's very tough to put it away and I also plan to add a treble bleed mod to the volume pots. Oh yeah. It does seem to require more effort to bend up a whole step with it top wrapped. I don't know what strings the original owner had on it. If they're the stock...

    Thinning the herd ?

I'm always mulling over selling one or another. Other than maybe wanting to add a Casino again or maybe selling my Strat and replacing it with another G&L Comanche I'm pretty happy with what's in the guitar rack. So I opted to list one of my basses instead. It's that LPB Classic Vibe Jazz...

“The country a guitar is made in does not matter much”

The greatest benefit to the imports when it comes to stuff like that is virtually all of the hardware can be replaced with something better and you're still far under the cost of a Gibson or a Fender branded model. I've only found one Squier I bought that needed more significant fret work done...

US Custom Officers seize 3000 counterfeit Gibson Guitars

I've only run into one. The guys who owned a pawn store I would check out from time to time took one in and made a loan on it. It was a Silverburst finished model. It played OK but as soon as I plugged it in I could tell it was a fake. One thing the forgers do not do is waste money on decent...

US Custom Officers seize 3000 counterfeit Gibson Guitars

Somebody here in the US who paid for his 3000 Chibson's is gonna get burned big time.

“The country a guitar is made in does not matter much”

In some cases yes but in others no. For instance the MFD pickups in G&L Tributes are made in the US and shipped to Cortek. Cortek does make the Saddle Lock Bridge for them but it's identical in all respects to those G&L makes in Fullerton with the exception of the saddles. The US made ones are...

“The country a guitar is made in does not matter much”

Yeah well we tried to keep the "rich guys" from doing that but failed because for whatever reason too many of us have either lost their minds or their memories. Not sure which. But that's as far as I'm going down that path.

    New Bass Day

Had one just like it that I sold a few years ago when I bought my G&L L2500. The original CIC models hit way above their weight. Don't know what you paid for it but it's a good choice for a very sound bass. Easily upgraded as well. Same specs as US builds. I have one of the newer Indonesian...
