He's not the O.P and you are the one that posted a wrap around tailpiece that is a bridge ...... so how about you stop feeding quarters into your high horse and just move to the next thread that irritates you .

Absolutely ....... Same way we pretend "Gibson " / "Fender " Assembled in the U.S.A /Mexico isn't made up of the same parts sourced from the Gibson /Epiphone Asian corporations .

IMHO ... Humbucker in question will play a role in how well it does . 7k Humbucker split = 3.5k single coil ......... 16k split = 8k single coil give or take ( even or uneven wound ) .

I know it's a "pipe dream " but the ability to moderate our own threads . Nothing like a "NGD " or "etc " thread that turns into 2 or 3 members high school reunion and the thread gets "hijacked " and goes in a complete different direction .

Did he finally get his transmission fixed ?
