the wood-species is quite interesting:

Name: Coast Redwood (Sequoia sempervirens)
Location: West Coast of North America, primarily California
Height: Up to 115 meters (400 feet)Diameter: Up to 8 meters (30 feet)
Age: Over 1,000 years
Special Features: Vavona burl wood develops in the root burls of the coast redwood. It is particularly valuable due to its deep reddish color and unique grain, which gives the wood a luxurious and rare appearance.

it was terminated for Friday Jan 2nd, sadly it's sitting in a UPS-warehouse in Cologne until the holidays at Zen-Market are over. Obviously some paperwork is missing, hard to believe, they never missed any of them, and they would not ship if it wasn't paid, so I guess it's just a bad way to cover the slow handling by the german Customer-Bureau .....

I have the 'missing papers', invoice and prove of payment, so sadly no contact eMail to send them....

Finally I've got lucky to be in mail-contact with a human being at UPS-Center in Cologne

UPS sent me a text message at the end of December – without sender identification – which unfortunately ended up in my spam filter.....

I just hope they can give the 'missing' documents to the Customs-Bureau and the parcel will go on tour to my door.....
